I’ve never been very good at math but I want to share with you a successful formula used in many weight loss programs.

You can start using this formula to calculate how to lose 1kg of fat for example!

Losing 1kg of fat is easier than you think, all you need to lose weight is to combine two things..

  1. Exercising

  2. Reducing food you consume.

It’s a scientific fact that there are 7,700 calories in 1kg of fat. So if you burn 700 calories every time you exercise, it's going to be 11 workouts before you lose 1kg of fat.

Also, if you cut out 700 calories from your daily food intake, it will be 11 days until you lose 1kg.

Put those actions together, and in 5-6 days you are down one kg of fat!

It sounds quite simple, doesn’t it? But in reality, what is simple is not always easy. Let me explain.

You might relate to this…many girls who train and do a lot of cardio do not obtain the results that they’re after. Despite the efforts, they’re not happy with their waistline, legs or gluts for example.

Firstly, it’s difficult to figure out the ideal portion sizes, the best time to eat, what food to avoid and what food will on the other hand boost our metabolism.

But more importantly, they always train in the same way and at the same rhythm (one hour on the treadmill for example). Their body do not burn calories anymore as it gets used to their workouts routine!
